Ringler, Grant & Becky 2021-01

It's a real blessing to have been at Grace Bible Church since its beginning in June 1995. It is amazing to see God faithfully at work in the body of Christ, changing hearts and lives.

By God's grace, when I was 10 years old, a Sunday school teacher at the church we were attending explained to me that I was a sinner and headed for a Christless eternity in hell. The teacher informed me that my only hope was to repent of my sins and fully trust in Jesus Christ, who came to earth to live a perfect life and die on the cross for my sins. God opened my heart and revealed to me my sin, and I trusted in Christ at that time. The verse I most cherish concerning my salvation is 2 Corinthians 5:21 "He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, that we might become the righteousness of God." It was a slow spiritual growth until I went to Tabor College and then to the University of Nebraska College of Dentristry in Lincoln, NE. In May 1988, I graduated, bought a dental practice in Hutchinson.

Becky and I were married in 1986, and we have 2 grown children - Courtney Roberts in Southern California, and Thane and his wife Evan in Colorado. Becky enjoys playing piano for the worship team and GBC en Español. We are involved in a GraceGroup and  marriage counseling/mentoring. Some of the other ministries that I am serving in are the discipleship evangelism & visitation ministry, Grace Life teacher/leader, dental missions, men’s small group leader, and GBC security team.

I’m excited to be a part of all that God is doing here at Grace. I believe serving as a shepherd is the most important ministry that I can do in life. It is my fervent hope and prayer that each of our lives would exemplify the following verses:

"Set your minds on the things that are above, not on the things that are on the earth. For you have died and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life is revealed, then you also will be revealed with Him in glory. " Colossians 3:2-4
